This is my monthly schedule that stays consistent each calendar month. The rhythm follows the first, second, third, and fourth weeks of each calendar month.
You will enter on an Active Conversation week within that existing monthly structure. This is not a rotating four-week cycle per individual; it follows the actual calendar flow of each month.

This experience follows a repeating calendar-month rhythm:
🌀 First & Second Weeks of the Month — Active Conversation
Communication between us flows Tuesday through Thursday between 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm Eastern Time.
🌙 Third Week of the Month — Integration
A pause for contemplation, reflection, and integration. It is for each of us to relax, rest, and calibrate with what has been expressed and experienced.
🌀 Fourth Week of the Month — Active Conversation
Communication opens again and flows Tuesday through Thursday between 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm Eastern Time.
✨ This monthly rhythm remains fixed.
Your entry point will align with the next available Active Conversation week after your agreement form and frequency exchange are received. Entry does not occur during the Third Week of Integration.
Continuation
This experience is entered on a month-to-month basis.
At the conclusion of your active month, we will determine together whether continuation is aligned.
Continuation into another month requires an additional frequency exchange.
To hold your spot, the next month’s frequency exchange must be completed before the conclusion of your current month.
You continue within this experience for as long as it feels aligned and until you feel complete.
