You’ve seen movies about ancient times and studied them in your history classes in school, so you’re aware that throughout time, many have experienced bondage, imprisonment, and confinement that even led to death if they attempted to escape.
What’s interesting is that we were those people in our other lifetimes, and if you have found your way here, then you are one of the even more persecuted people who were the magic healers of old, often referred to as witches, who died BECAUSE you stood boldly and confidently in your natural power and magic.
You literally have the imprinted information that if you attempt to stand powerfully in the magic that you have within you and that you have access to, death may occur.
When the pull is stronger to stop you from doing so out of fear of death, it means you didn’t just die once because of it, rather, you died multiple times.
And, at some point, your power and magic were likely bound and restricted in some way so that you didn’t experience that again.
This realization began for me when I tuned into other lifetimes of my own and found that I was extremely powerful and enjoyed the power and magic I had, but in doing so, I was drowned, burned, and even dismembered for doing so.
Tuning into these other lifetimes helped me understand my fear of water and crossing bridges in my earlier years, of being near fire, and giggling now when a chainsaw is started.
These memories stay within the part of us that our soul carries into other lifetimes to experience it differently and THIS IS THE LIFETIME to change it!
My clients have also had profound shifts in their lives when we’ve uncovered these other lifetime bindings for them, so I knew this was something more of us would want to shift.
The bindings have appeared as shackles, chains, collars, and other forms of confining bondage that has been used throughout time in punishing and imprisoning others.
In a recent session with one of my clients, we found she was bound around her upper back and down her arms.
Uncovering this binding for her made so much fall into place with what she’s experienced throughout her life in the relationships she was in, her self-confidence and putting herself out into the world in her energy business, and even the physical discomfort and limitations she had.
This session was so profound that it had us both in tears when she finally opened up and could allow more of everything to flow to her because she had been closed off to so much in her life.

≥ Fear of a deeper connection with yourself…which shows up as you wanting to control outer circumstances and people so that you don’t have to look at your own stuff that is begging to be seen
≥ Fear of being seen…which shows up as keeping yourself in the background and hiding rather than letting your light shine in the world and showing up as your truest self
≥ Fear of receiving abundance…which shows up as feeling like there’s never enough of anything you want and it is a struggle to have it even when you get it
≥ Fear of connecting with the power and magic within you…which shows up as dimming your light so that you are accepted and looking for validation from others before making choices in your life that are usually not the best ones for you anyway
≥ Fear of being alone…which shows up as associating with others who are not aligned with the version of you that you want to be and knowing that you don’t truly enjoy being around these people, which is why you are likely drawn to people and spaces that feel controlling and are unhealthy, even abusive, and usually filled with drama
≥ Fear of trusting yourself…which shows up as you seeking validation, approval, and acceptance from others and allowing that to influence your choices and decisions, ultimately resulting in you not being satisfied with those choices and decisions because it’s not really what YOU wanted
And, even though you believe you are spiritual or awakened, being that this constrictive, restrictive, and confining energy has a strong pull in your energetic memory, your soul has brought you here because it knows that you’re ready to finally experience freedom and liberation from continuing to repeat these patterns.
Shifting these fears and lower frequency energies will have you:
⇒ Being conscious of old patterns and making different choices to avoid falling back into them.
⇒ Paying attention to whether current situations are related to the old binding energy, and making different choices if so.
