From the time I was a child, I could feel energy moving, communicate with spirits, and recall memories from other lifetimes.
And you know what I did with all of that?
Nothing — because I instinctively knew I couldn’t safely share it with anyone around me.
It wasn’t until my teens that a shared experience with my mom — involving the spirit of her younger brother — opened the door for me to finally speak about what I had always felt and seen.
In my late teens and early twenties, I began sharing with a few others and realized they found my experiences fascinating.

Back in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, these conversations weren’t as common as they are now — there was no internet to search for answers, no endless stream of spiritual discussions.
